3 Things To Do Before Your Baby Arrives

1. Capture the Bump ๐Ÿ“ธ

Before your little one makes their grand entrance, take the time to document your pregnancy journey. Whether itโ€™s a professional maternity shoot or candid photos in your favorite cozy outfitโ€”youโ€™ll never regret having those memories frozen in time. Your body is doing something amazing, and you deserve to celebrate that.

2. Pack Your Hospital Bag Early ๐Ÿ‘œ

Donโ€™t wait until contractions kick in! Around 35 weeks, start prepping your bag with the essentials: comfy clothes, snacks, babyโ€™s first outfit, phone charger (with a long cord!), and anything else thatโ€™ll help you feel more at ease during delivery and recovery. A little prep now = way less stress later.

My favorite snacks - think: marathon training (which is basically labor): Honey Stinger energy waffle, energy goo (safe post epidural - like these - not the ones with caffeine added!) and any comfort favorites like Goldfish, yogurt covered raisins, pistachios

3. Soak in the Quiet Moments โ˜•

This one might sound simple (or even unattainable if you have older kiddos) but: take time for yourself. Read that book. Go on a slow walk. Sleep in if you can. Have an unhurried dinner with your partner. Life is about to get beautifully busy - and giving yourself space to breathe and reflect before baby arrives is a gift youโ€™ll be glad you gave yourself.
